Best coffee in town?
Tricky to name one as there are so many great places but Monmouth Coffee on Monmouth Street is a classic.
Your favourite street is?
The streets of Newburgh Quarter in Carnaby, a great selection of boutiques and plenty of cafes to retire to for refreshment after a spree
The shop you most frequent?
Liberty – I can get lost in here for hours – my wish list continues to grow…
Favourite watering hole?
You can’t beat the Cross Keys on Endell Street, its a proper pub. Always worth a visit around Christmas time to sneak a peek at the OTT decorations.
Best place for every day eats?
Favourite place to eat for a treat?
Hawksmoor – A little indulgent but you just can’t beat their steaks.
The view, building or piece of architecture that inspires you the most?
The Royal Opera House – such a beautiful building both inside and out. I also love the view walking over Waterloo Bridge, you can take in all of London
If you could change / improve anything in London…
Definitely make it safer for cyclists.
What do you miss most when out of town?
The diversity and quality of great food at your fingertips.
The ultimate place in London to live would be?
Tough one, either an apartment overlooking the Piazza or a townhouse in Lincolns Inn Fields.
What’s a must do for anyone new to London?
Walk, walk and walk some more! I walk everywhere around London and you get to see so much.
Any top secret tips you’re willing to share?
A sundowner taking in the view from Paramount on top of Centre Point is pretty hard to beat.
