People Make Places

Our Mission

London is a collection of inspiring urban villages and one of the most exciting places in the world to live, work & play.

We work with both property owners and their occupiers, sharing the story of these vibrant neighbourhoods, conveying the unique soul & energy to future custodians, the people who’ll keep them buzzing.

And unlike many real estate businesses we’re not just about buildings, because streets & buildings don’t make a neighbourhood.

We’re about building relationships, because people make places.

Tavistock Bow Team 2023

What can we do for you?

We get a buzz from the faith people put in us.

We ask questions that unlock what really matters, providing answers and delivering solutions to challenges based on real-life experience and peerless local market knowledge, all delivered in a straight-talking, consultative but above all, friendly way.

Care and passion are at the heart of what we do, allowing us to work harder to build strong connections with the like minded people who chose to work with us.

London’s West End is home to some of the most historic, diverse and lets be honest, downright coolest neighbourhoods in the Capital.

Our team’s passion, intimate local knowledge and a genuine willingness to understand what people need, allow us to point every person to a place that fits perfectly.

Covent Garden

One of London’s most iconic and recognisable destinations, perhaps from the outsider’s perspective nothing more than a hub for tourists, shoppers, theatre goers or opera aficionados, but scratch the surface and there is so much more to discover about this thriving community…

Seven Dials

Seven Dials is a charm-packed lifestyle & gastronomy hub connecting Covent Garden with Soho, defined by seven characterful cobbled streets radiating from the unmistakable sundial dating from the 1690’s.

Soho

Soho is surely the epitome of London life, the beating heart of the West End, a vibrant enclave where history, creativity and a sense of rebellion collide to create a truly original and unrivalled neighbourhood. Globally recognised for its bohemian spirit, Soho has been a haunt for artists, writers, poets and musicians for centuries. Modern Soho is a paradise for creatives, culture vultures, foodies and night owls.

Carnaby

An enclave of only 14 streets in the north west corner of Soho, yet Carnaby is very much a neighbourhood in its own right. Carnaby Street is world renowned as the epicentre of Swinging London in the 1960’s, and has continued its association with fashion and youth culture to this day.

Chinatown

Chinatown is a vibrant enclave where East meets West, nestled between Soho, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden. A captivating oasis of Asian cuisine and culture, adorned with ornate Chinese gates and colorful lanterns.

St. Martin’s & Strand

St. Martin’s Lane is Covent Garden’s western border, a bustling thoroughfare linking Seven Dials with Trafalgar Square and a gateway to the wider West End. Strand is the southern boundary of Covent Garden running parallel to the River Thames and linking the cities of London & Westminster. A neighbourhood that offers everything from river views and world class theatres, to green open space and village vibes.

Holborn & St. Giles

Holborn is the gateway from the City of London to the West End and home to the UK’s legal profession. Situated around the grand garden square of Lincoln’s Inn Fields, it’s home to many top law firms, barrister’s chambers and the London School of Economics & Political Science.

Bloomsbury

Bloomsbury is a little slice of bohemian paradise in the heart of London, historic streets lined with handsome Georgian townhouses, leafy garden squares and a vibe that oozes culture & creativity.

Fitzrovia

Bordering Soho immediately to the north of Oxford Street, Fitzrovia is an historic yet thoroughly modern neighbourhood, full of creativity and a fantastic community spirit with residents fiercely protective of it’s individuality – locals fought hard against the attempted ‘re-branding’ of the area to Noho in the early 2000’s. Make no mistake, this is no poor relation to Soho, if anything, Fitzrovia is the cool and sophisticated sibling…

South Bank

A stretch of Thames riverfront facing Westminster between Lambeth Bridge to the West and Blackfriars Bridge to the East, London’s South Bank is a cultural hotspot just a stone’s throw from the West End and fast becoming one of the city’s coolest neighbourhoods.

We live and breathe London’s West End with an enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with like minded folk, whether they be long standing local residents, or those new to the patch. With regular updates and stories from our knowledgeable team, as well as some amazing local contributors, we aim to shed light on the little things that can make a big difference.

Excellent Service, Great Advice and Quality Tenants. We have been using Tavistock Bow since 2015 on our Residential Estate and can highly recommend them as Letting Agents. In the time they’ve been instructed they have provided invaluable guidance and advice and secured some excellent quality tenants for our properties. We consider them a highly proficient company and we would not hesitate in recommending them as a Letting Agent.

Natalie Carroll

Senior Asset Manager – Gascoyne Holdings

Having let numerous units across our estate since 2014, Shaftesbury formally engaged Tavistock Bow in 2019 to provide leasing advice & services across our entire residential portfolio, with great success. A professional & personable approach along with their knowledge and long history with the unique West End market gives us confidence in the advice they provide, not to mention the quality of tenants they attract for our residential units. Always a pleasure to work with.

Shelley Webb

Head of Group Residential – Shaftesbury Capital

Craig Simpson has been the most successful individual selling agent at Centre Point Residences. Having successfully introduced buyers for 10 one, two and three bedroom apartments throughout the development, he’s helped us achieve prices ranging from £2,500 psf to £3,300 psf. He is efficient and a pleasure to work with, always in control of the buyers and deal progression. His reach in the West End is both impressive and unrivalled.

James Hislop

Sales Director – Almacantar

I’ve been working with Anne-Marie and the residential team at Tavistock Bow since 2014. I can always count on their extensive knowledge and experience of the West End market and the sound advice they provide in order to ensure optimum performance from residential assets. Working with the team is a pleasure and always enjoyable, providing honest advice in a respectful way.

Yasin Sadiq

Senior Asset Manager

Tavistock Bow led the residential sales & marketing of our boutique mixed-use development on Stukeley Street just off  Covent Garden’s Drury Lane in 2021. They secured sales at asking prices with proceedable cash purchasers in a difficult market, emerging from the crisis created by the global Covid pandemic. The service is top class with the support of an excellent team that can produce bespoke, high quality and effective marketing material as part of the sales strategy.

Yumeng Chan

Managing Director – Benprop UK

Tavistock Bow provide advice which is both insightful and honest, helping us add value to our portfolio by attracting high quality professional tenants, minimising void periods and maximising income. Their extensive market knowledge and refreshing approach make them our go-to residential advisors in the West End.

Gary Burns

Director – The Estate Office

We purchased our flat in Covent Garden through Anne-Marie, who went above and beyond what most agents would do and we were very pleased with her proactive approach. Due to the personalised service we received, we decided to use the letting team to subsequently market and manage our property. Having a local expert with good contacts enabled us to let the property at a distance, keeping the running of the flat as smooth as possible.

Emma Hack

Private Purchaser

Would highly recommend! Bella was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process of searching for a property to the move in. She was incredibly punctual and quick to respond to any questions, no matter how silly! First time I really felt like the Agent cared about me rather than getting another property turned over.

Liza-Ann Schlatter

Private Rental Occupier

Just like magic! That’s all there is to say. Leanne accepted a challenge no-one else was willing to take and she delivered on so many levels. There were many factors making it hard to find a new home including time pressure, but she made things work. The whole experience was smooth and easy. My partner and I found our perfect home. She is also an expert on Covent Garden, which helps if you want to find something in this area. Thanks again for helping us. Much appreciated and it will never be forgotten.
