This exciting opportunity will require the successful candidate to be responsible for co-ordinating both the sales and lettings departments and an element of office management, performing an essential role within a small, dynamic team who’s primary aim is to change people’s perception of residential agents by delivering both client and customer service that is second to none (something we’re proud to say we’re achieving!)
Job role
- Answering phones, directing calls and taking detailed messages when necessary
- Being first point of contact for both clients and customers
- Accurately registering applicant’s details
- Responding to email enquiries in a timely manner
- Managing the team diary
- Producing lettings & sales paperwork including tenancy agreements
and sales memorandums - Tenancy/Sale progression
- Invoice preparation
- Efficient database administration
- Completing tenant referencing
- Anti-Money Laundering checks
- Booking inventory check-ins/outs
- Co-ordinating property photography, floor plans and EPCs
- Brochure production
- Website/portal administration
- Preparation of periodic client/market reports
- Booking maintenance contractors
- Key management
- Registering tenant deposits
- Periodic property inspections / checks / viewings when required
- Co-ordination of direct mailing & digital marketing campaigns
- Research & collation of statistics
- General office management

- Well presented and articulate (you’ll be the first point of contact for many customers and clients)

- CRM database administration
- An understanding of the residential sales & lettings process
