Our people are our strength. From humble beginnings we’ve assembled a collective of some of the most passionate and experienced names in their respective fields, we think it’s a pretty formidable team.
A healthy, balanced, driven and fun culture underpins all we do, encouraging everyone to bring their best self every day. What works for us, works for you.
Co-Founder, residential specialist and third-generation Covent Gardener – both Hannah’s parents and grandfather all worked in Covent Garden’s magazine publishing industry back in the day.
A self confessed foodie, she’s on better terms with many of the streets & buildings than the back of her own hand, loving nothing more than discovering the West End’s latest street food vendor, dinner destination or independent boutique.
Co-Founder Anne-Marie has specialised in the residential market across Covent Garden, Soho & Bloomsbury for two decades, bringing boundless energy and endless enthusiasm for all things West End to everything she does.
Heading up Lettings and Development Consultancy, Anne-Marie advises private & institutional clients, adding value by maximising returns on residential portfolios through comprehensive investment & development advice.
After graduating from the BRIT school in the 90’s, Jamie spent a lot of time crate digging in Soho’s record shops and gigging with bands in numerous venues across the West End, nurturing a life-long passion for the area that still drives him today.
The 25 year career in property that’s followed wasn’t necessarily ‘the plan’, but when it came to co-founding a business, there was only one place it could be…

Leanne is our girl about town, literally living & breathing the West End. She has a wealth of experience having honed her property chops on the vibrant streets of Soho with another independent agency prior to joining Team_TB.
In her own words “I enjoy the entire process of finding fantastic new homes for the amazing people I’m lucky to meet every day!” Prior to property, Leanne spent eight years working with special needs children as well as being a qualified swimming teacher coaching people of all ages.
Chelsea joined our team in 2023 having cut her teeth in property at Foxtons. Hailing from the north and originally moving to London to study drama and theatre arts at the London Drama Studio, she is more than familiar with Theatreland. But she also has a family background in real estate, so the West End provides a perfect combination of her passion and experience.
Veronika arrived at TB_HQ in the early summer of 2023, joining our team from Foxtons. She is the glue that holds us together, she is the oil in the cogs, she keeps us on track (she’s also a qualified barista and makes a mean flat white…)
Bringing a wealth of administrative experience, a first-class degree in Sociology & Psychology and currently completing a Master’s in Law, she’s a smart cookie with a cheeky smile and an infections laugh, a welcome addition to the team and already winning plaudits from both clients and customers alike with her professional ‘get it done’ approach and extreme effectiveness.

After transferring to Asia with CBRE, she’s glad to be back in the West End after nine years away, keeping her finger on the pulse and sharing all the various goings on across our neighbourhoods (despite missing Thai food, tropical beaches and the luxury of never needing a jumper…)
