Our People
Our people are our strength. From humble beginnings we’ve assembled a collective of some of the most passionate and experienced names in their respective fields, we think it’s a pretty formidable team.
A healthy, balanced, driven and fun culture underpins all we do, encouraging everyone to bring their best self every day. What works for us, works for you.
Hannah Read
Partner
Co-Founder, residential specialist and third-generation Covent Gardener – both Hannah’s parents and grandfather all worked in Covent Garden’s magazine publishing industry back in the day.
A self confessed foodie, she’s on better terms with many of the streets & buildings than the back of her own hand, loving nothing more than discovering the West End’s latest street food vendor, dinner destination or independent boutique.
Anne-Marie Murphy
Partner
Co-Founder Anne-Marie has specialised in the residential market across Covent Garden, Soho & Bloomsbury for two decades, bringing boundless energy and endless enthusiasm for all things West End to everything she does.
Heading up Lettings and Development Consultancy, Anne-Marie advises private & institutional clients, adding value by maximising returns on residential portfolios through comprehensive investment & development advice.
Jamie Read
Partner
After graduating from the BRIT school in the 90’s, Jamie spent a lot of time crate digging in Soho’s record shops and gigging with bands in numerous venues across the West End, nurturing a life-long passion for the area that still drives him today.
The 25 year career in property that’s followed wasn’t necessarily ‘the plan’, but when it came to co-founding a business, there was only one place it could be…
Craig Simpson
Partner
As a Central Saint Martin’s fashion graduate and former interior designer, Craig’s creative career included working alongside illustrious architect Oscar Niemeyer on the Serpentine Pavilion.
Since making the switch to property sales in 2005, he’s become a specialist in transacting high value assets across the West End, having sold over £60 million worth of apartments in Centre Point Residences alone.
Helaina Alexander
Senior Negotiator
Helaina joined us in summer 2024 having previously enjoyed an extremely successful time with a leading independent South West London agency. The suburbs have given way to the hustle & bustle of London’s West End, a major draw for a self-confessed social butterfly who admits “the bars and restaurants are just so much better!” A ‘people person’ in the truest sense, having graduated with a degree in psychology, Helaina was also a pretty handy sprinter over 200m and although she’s hung up her competitive spikes, running is still a real passion. Any opportunity to cover a few km’s is greeted with much enthusiasm, a handy attribute in our line of work…
Emily Bond
Senior Negotiator
Originating from Broadstairs in Kent and now a resident of South West London, Emily joined Tavistock Bow in the summer of 2025 after travelling for seven months across Australia and Southeast Asia. Prior to her travels, she spent three years honing her knowledge of the prime central London property with Strutt & Parker’s Chelsea & South Kensington office.
A keen runner, Emily has completed the London Landmarks Half Marathon multiple times, and is keen to take on the London Marathon (five ballot rejections and counting!). During her recent travels she developed a love for Vietnamese food – particularly savoury pancakes – and a daily Banh Mi habit. Having swapped Asian night markets for West End street vendors, she brings a grounded, personable approach and a genuine passion for city living to the team.
Clara Bracey
Senior Negotiator
Originating from the West Country, Clara has the perfect mix of passion and experience for London’s West End. After successfully managing a popular 13th Century Devon pub, a career in residential sales was her next step. Clara made her mark at a leading South Devon independent agency, handling a mix of luxury coastal, country & period homes in and around the upmarket South Hams area.
A move to London was fuelled by the prospect of marrying Clara’s passions for property, travel, food, theatre, music and design, although she allows herself time for regular trips back to Devon for some salty fresh air and to indulge in the one passion the West End can’t satisfy, the ocean…
Alissa Sammassimo
Tenancy Progressor
A native of Pescara on Italy’s east coast, Alissa joined the team in April 2025 having previously worked as both a senior property manager and senior letting negotiator at a well known West London agency.
A customer services and communications specialist, Alissa was involved in the hospitality industry prior to property, working in a number of high profile luxury hotels throughout London. As our resident linguist, Alissa is fluent in several languages in addition to her native Italian and adopted English, speaking Spanish, Russian and currently studying Arabic. This love of language allows her to indulge her passions for literature, world travel, food and diverse cultures, taking a particular interest in geopolitics and global issues.
Virginia Ewart-James
Letting Renewals
Vej (as she’s affectionately known) is well versed in West End life, having spent nearly a decade handling client portfolios across Covent Garden & Soho as a lettings associate for EA Shaw & CBRE.
After transferring to Asia with CBRE, she’s glad to be back in the West End after nine years away, keeping her finger on the pulse and sharing all the various goings on across our neighbourhoods (despite missing Thai food, tropical beaches and the luxury of never needing a jumper…)
Kareen Lawrence
Head of Property Management
Kareen oversees Tavistock Bow’s property management operation and has dealt with all manner of situations over the years, gaining crucial experience that enables her to deal with any management issues quickly and efficiently.
A fully qualified member of ARLA, Kareen operates tried and tested processes and systems ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department, minimising the risk of any small issue escalating and giving peace of mind to both our clients and occupiers.
Stacy Greenwood
Senior Property Manager
Stacy manages client relationships within our managed residential portfolio, boasting well over a decade’s experience in the residential management sector.
Her track record guarantees clients & occupiers are in safe hands, having previously been Head of Client Relationships for a large independent agency overseeing a portfolio of 1500 managed properties, and subsequently responsible for a team of property managers running a portfolio in excess of 2000 units.
