People Make Places

Our Mission

London is a collection of inspiring urban villages and one of the most exciting places in the world to live, work & play.

We work with both property owners and their occupiers, sharing the story of these vibrant neighbourhoods, conveying the unique soul & energy to future custodians, the people who’ll keep them buzzing.

And unlike many real estate businesses we’re not just about buildings, because streets & buildings don’t make a neighbourhood.

We’re about building relationships, because people make places.

What can we do for you?

We get a buzz from the faith people put in us.

We ask questions that unlock what really matters, providing answers and delivering solutions to challenges based on real-life experience and peerless local market knowledge, all delivered in a straight-talking, consultative but above all, friendly way.

Care and passion are at the heart of what we do, allowing us to work harder to build strong connections with the like minded people who chose to work with us.

London’s West End is home to some of the most historic, diverse and lets be honest, downright coolest neighbourhoods in the Capital.

Our team’s passion, intimate local knowledge and a genuine willingness to understand what people need, allow us to point every person to a place that fits perfectly.

Covent Garden

One of London’s most iconic and recognisable destinations, perhaps from the outsider’s perspective nothing more than a hub for tourists, shoppers, theatre goers or opera aficionados, but scratch the surface and there is so much more to discover about this thriving community…

Seven Dials

Seven Dials is a charm-packed lifestyle & gastronomy hub connecting Covent Garden with Soho, defined by seven characterful cobbled streets radiating from the unmistakable sundial dating from the 1690’s.

Soho

Soho is surely the epitome of London life, the beating heart of the West End, a vibrant enclave where history, creativity and a sense of rebellion collide to create a truly original and unrivalled neighbourhood. Globally recognised for its bohemian spirit, Soho has been a haunt for artists, writers, poets and musicians for centuries. Modern Soho is a paradise for creatives, culture vultures, foodies and night owls.

Carnaby

An enclave of only 14 streets in the north west corner of Soho, yet Carnaby is very much a neighbourhood in its own right. Carnaby Street is world renowned as the epicentre of Swinging London in the 1960’s, and has continued its association with fashion and youth culture to this day.

Chinatown

Chinatown is a vibrant enclave where East meets West, nestled between Soho, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden. A captivating oasis of Asian cuisine and culture, adorned with ornate Chinese gates and colorful lanterns.

St. Martin’s & Strand

St. Martin’s Lane is Covent Garden’s western border, a bustling thoroughfare linking Seven Dials with Trafalgar Square and a gateway to the wider West End. Strand is the southern boundary of Covent Garden running parallel to the River Thames and linking the cities of London & Westminster. A neighbourhood that offers everything from river views and world class theatres, to green open space and village vibes.

South Bank

A stretch of Thames riverfront facing Westminster between Lambeth Bridge to the West and Blackfriars Bridge to the East, London’s South Bank is a cultural hotspot just a stone’s throw from the West End and fast becoming one of the city’s coolest neighbourhoods.

Bankside

Located opposite the City of London, Bankside is culture-rich and superbly connected, balancing the energy of the South Bank with a slightly slower rhythm through its mix of historic lanes, former industrial buildings and modern development. Defined by its river frontage and choice of crossings: Millennium, Southwark, Blackfriars and London Bridge all link directly to the Square Mile.

Borough

Borough is one of central London’s most vibrant and historic neighbourhoods, where the energy of the city meets the charm of centuries-old streets. As the locals will tell you, Borough is more than just a destination — it’s a way of life!

Bloomsbury

Bloomsbury is a little slice of bohemian paradise in the heart of London, historic streets lined with handsome Georgian townhouses, leafy garden squares and a vibe that oozes culture & creativity.

Holborn & St. Giles

Holborn is the gateway from the City of London to the West End and home to the UK’s legal profession. Situated around the grand garden square of Lincoln’s Inn Fields, it’s home to many top law firms, barrister’s chambers and the London School of Economics & Political Science.

Kings Cross

Once a gritty transport interchange, King’s Cross has re-emerged as one of London’s most exciting and liveable neighbourhoods. Today, it’s a curated mix of waterside calm, cutting-edge design, and tech-fuelled ambition — all orbiting the buzz of Granary Square and the Regent’s Canal. Expect heritage architecture and hyper-modern thinking in equal measure. From cobbled lanes and listed gasholders to the sweeping curves of Heatherwick Studio’s Coal Drops Yard, there’s no other district in the capital with quite this energy.

Fitzrovia

Bordering Soho immediately to the north of Oxford Street, Fitzrovia is an historic yet thoroughly modern neighbourhood, full of creativity and a fantastic community spirit with residents fiercely protective of its individuality – locals fought hard against the attempted ‘re-branding’ of the area to Noho in the early 2000’s. Make no mistake, this is no poor relation to Soho, if anything, Fitzrovia is the cool and sophisticated sibling…

Shad Thames & Bermondsey

Downstream of Tower Bridge on London’s South Bank, Shad Thames balances centuries of industrial heritage with a modern lifestyle. Once the warehouse district that kept Victorian London fed, today these cobbled lanes and striking iron bridges are home to independent restaurants, creative studios, and some of the capital’s most characterful riverside apartments.

Deptford

Once the heart of London’s shipbuilding industry, Deptford blends its maritime past with a distinctly modern edge. Artists’ studios sit alongside coffee roasteries, while heritage warehouses and railway arches house lively bars, galleries and record shops. Moments from the Thames and within easy reach of Greenwich, this is a neighbourhood with both grit and grace — alive with local energy yet softened by pockets of greenery and calm, from the open space of Deptford Park to the riverside lawns of the Master Shipwright’s House.

Elephant & Castle

Long seen as a major crossroads of the capital, Elephant & Castle is fast becoming one of London’s most ambitious regeneration zones, evolving into a vibrant destination in its own right. With a creative pulse, green open spaces and a growing mix of independent businesses, it offers an authentic, community-driven lifestyle in Zone 1.

We purchased in Covent Garden through Anne-Marie, who went above and beyond with her proactive approach. Due to the personal service received, we also instructed the letting team to market and manage our property. Having a local expert with good contacts enabled us to let the property with no fuss.

Emma Hack

Private Purchaser

Highly recommended! Incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process of searching for a property, punctual and quick to respond to any questions, no matter how silly! First time I really felt the agent cared about me, rather than just getting another property turned over.

Liza-Ann Schlatter

Private Rental Occupier

Just like magic! That’s all there is to say. Leanne accepted a challenge no-one else was willing to take and she delivered on so many levels. She is an expert on Covent Garden, the whole experience was smooth and easy and we found our perfect home. Thanks for helping us, it will never be forgotten.
