In certain circumstances the following additional personal data may be required:

  • Personal forms of identification (Driving Licence, Passport, Utility Bills, Visas) for the purposes of formal identification under existing legislation (Right To Rent & Anti-Money Laundering Regulations)

  • To provide Personal Data to third parties only in relation to the progression of a purchase/sale/rental/letting for the provision of other associated services essential to the completion of a transaction (IE Referencing Agencies etc.)

  • To analyse the browsing history of our customers and the way our customers use The Sites.
