Clients often ask our advice when it comes to finishes for refurbishment projects and kitchen & bathroom floors is always a debate with so many choices on offer.
Tiled finishes are the default choice, however at TB_HQ we’re really loving vinyl floor coverings at the moment. Historically seen as a budget choice, its cost effective, the colour and design options are almost limitless and we see it as both a stylish and practical choice in a rented property, being durable and giving a clean contemporary look.
There are a wealth patterns & colours to choose from offered by various manufacturers, here’s a few of our favourites:
These Neisha Crosland floor tiles give character to a bathroom floor and feel great underfoot.
Marmoleum by Forbo is typically used in commercial situations as it’s so durable. It’s a product that’s been around for years (you will have seen it in schools, hospitals, dentists etc.) and is made from 97% natural materials, 43% of which is recycled. They have a huge selection of patterns and once laid should last for years, no matter what’s thrown at it.
The Colour Flooring Company offer some fantastic bold block colours for a clean contemporary look that adds a touch of fun.
