Covent Garden landmark was once the home of Eurythmics legend Dave Stewart
An “iconic” penthouse on Covent Garden’s Seven Dials has gone up for sale with lashings of A-list provenance.
As the former home of Eurythmics co-founder and all-round rock legend Dave Stewart, this striking duplex played host to some of the entertainment industry’s biggest names in the 90s, including George Harrison, David Bowie, Joe Strummer, Lou Reed, Damon Albarn, Sinead O’Connor, Gwen Stefani, Tracy Emin, Jeff Koons, Damien Hirst, Sam Mendes and Robin Williams.
It’s just gone up for sale via local agency Tavistock Bow sporting a price tag of £3.85m, with listing features including three terraces, four beds, a decent reception, sauna, and a sixth floor “crows nest” accessed via that glass atrium.
