This month we’re raising a slice of cake (literally!) to celebrate two brilliant years with Chelsea Summerscales on the Tavistock Bow team.

Chelsea joined us back in 2023, bringing her creative flair from a drama and theatre arts background, plus a family connection to property that gave her a real head start in the industry. Since then, she’s become a familiar face around the local neighbourhoods of Covent Garden, Seven Dials, Soho, Carnaby & Chinatown, guiding new tenant occupiers through the letting process with patience, positivity and plenty of heart.

Customers often tell us how easy Chelsea makes things feel. One recent review summed it up perfectly:

“Chelsea was incredibly sweet, and so helpful. She made the renting process so quick and easy!”

And it’s true — whether you’re moving into a new flat or just having a quick chat in the office, Chelsea has a way of putting people instantly at ease.

But it’s not just her professional skills we’re celebrating today. Anyone who’s had the joy of working with Chelsea knows about her other talent… baking. She’s the reason no Tavistock Bow birthday passes without a show-stopping cake. Each one is completely unique, totally delicious, and made with the same care she puts into everything else she does.

So here’s to ‘Our Chelsea’ — two years of turning lettings into a piece of cake, two years of making the office that bit sweeter, and to many more years of success as part of our wonderful lettings team!
