Another week, another celebration! This time it’s the turn of the wonderful Helaina Alexander, who’s also celebrating her first anniversary as part of the lettings team here at TB_HQ.

Ever since joining us from another independent agency in South London, she’s brought calm confidence, attention to detail, fantastic people skills, an open mind and a can-do attitude!

A recent Google review from a very happy tenant stated “Helaina truly listened to what I was looking for — every small detail, every non-negotiable — and made absolute miracles happen.”

So whether it’s sourcing the perfect pad from the trickiest brief, or guiding a new tenant through the lettings process for the first time, Helaina always goes the extra mile to make it feel easy.

As another recent reviewer put it: “She doesn’t just meet expectations — she exceeds them.”

And the stats are pretty incredible too:

– In just the past week, she’s agreed four new lettings (and negotiating on a fifth)
– Over the past month, a total of 14 deals!
– Across June & July, she’s completed lettings with a combined rental income in excess of £550,000 per year for our landlord clients — that’s over £10,500 a week in rent!

She’s not just a rising star in the West End market, but an absolute asset to the team and total joy to work with, as confirmed by her colleagues, clients and customers.
