We’re delighted to announce that Alissa Sammassimo has recently joined the team here at TB_HQ as Tenancy Progressor.

A native of Pescara on Italy’s east coast, Alissa is a customer services and communications specialist with a background in hospitality and a degree in Economics & Business Administration.

Having worked at a number of luxury hotels throughout London, she made the switch to real estate in 2019, undertaking the roles of senior property manager, senior letting negotiator and then progressing to Associate level at Winkworth in West London prior to joining us here at Tavistock Bow.

As our resident linguist, Alissa is fluent in several languages in addition to her native Italian and adopted English, speaking Spanish, Russian and currently studying Arabic.

This love of language allows her to indulge her passions for literature, world travel, food and diverse cultures, taking a particular interest in geopolitics and global issues.

This, combined with her extensive property and hospitality experience and recent qualification in project management means any new occupiers renting with us across central London are in very safe and capable hands!
