We’re celebrating Clara Bracey’s first anniversary in the sales team here at Tavistock Bow, and what a year it’s been!

Clara joined us in June 2024, having spent less than two years in agency with the brilliant Luscombe Maye in the beautiful South Hams region of Devon, prior to which she’d been successfully running a busy pub in the same area.

The many challenges of the high pressure hospitality sector have instilled in her resilience and an incredible work ethic, and the time she spent cutting her teeth at Luscombe Maye gave her a solid grounding that has enabled her to find success in the challenging London market in super-quick time (that, along with the expert tutelage of our own West End veteran Craig Simpson ? ).

Clara has embraced our mantra of ‘People Make Places’, becoming such an enthusiastic, positive and integral part of our team, and a familiar face around the various neighbourhoods we operate within across London’s West End and beyond.

Devon’s loss has most certainly been London’s gain, as she has generated some frankly breathtaking numbers over the past 12 months, successfully transacting over £23.5m worth of residential real estate across central London, with highlights including:

– The Highest Value Deal of 2024 in Covent Garden
– Tavistock Bow’s first sale in Borough, SE1
– TWO sales in The Beecham, one of Covent Garden’s most sought after blocks
– The second-highest value WC2 deal of 2025 so far (The Palladio)
